Hora Loca by Loco was a stakeholder-driven project focused on creating a responsive e-commerce website for a live event entertainment business. The challenge was to design a clear and engaging platform that could serve two types of clients: individual party planners and corporate event organizers.

We conducted in-depth user and stakeholder research, identified business and user priorities, and designed a solution that streamlined bookings, showcased services, and balanced user needs with stakeholder constraints.
